Business Solutions Manager at Adams & Martin Group A boutique law firm in DTC is looking for a legal receptionist!
Main job duties:
Greeting clients
Keeping workspace clean
Ordering office supplies
Back up phone duties
Light research projects
Schedule/Hours: full‑time, M‑F, 8‑5 (1 hr and 15 min lunch). 100% in‑office.
College degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in a customer service / client facing role.
Software/Technology: MS Office, Adobe, currently Abacus, but moving to Smart Advocate.
Pay range: $20‑25 per hour.
Parking: covered parking paid for by firm.
Start date: ASAP.
