is seeking a
Litigation Paralegal
for our
Peachtree Corners, GA
office. This is an
IN-OFFICE
position. The Litigation Paralegal reports to the Litigation Manager and is responsible for coordinating all trial-related details. The successful candidate will assist attorneys and management during all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting and filing pleadings, and calendaring hearings. Responsibilities include: Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.) Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests Gather relevant information from various sources Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties Assist with case settlements Skills and qualifications: Minimum of 5 years Litigation Paralegal experience Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, court rules, and procedures Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management Paralegal associate degree or relevant certification Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism Excellent communication skills for interacting with personnel, clients, and vendors Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word Organized with effective time management and ability to prioritize Experience with client systems like Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, CaseAware Salary is commensurate with experience.
