Available Shifts / Schedule What we are offering:

Competitive pay!

Referral Bonus – $750 for full-time employee referrals and $375 for part-time referrals.

Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge Summary Responsible for enhancing resident services and providing up to date information in an efficient and timely manner. Greets residents and visitors, answers the phone and responds to both routine inquiries and emergencies, relays calls to the proper department and performs a variety of related clerical duties. Answers all incoming calls, redirects them as needed and greets visitors. Gives directions to residents, visitors and guests and supports clerical services as requested.

Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge Responsibilities

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents and families.

Ensure safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.

Ensure that incident reports, concern reports and other appropriate communication have been completed.

Complete daily check-in procedure.

Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, logs and communicates maintenance request work orders.

Maintain current list of residents by name and room number, telephone numbers for all personnel, department extensions, names and contact information of key personnel.

Maintain log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes.

Maintain coffee and cookie service in the lobby/making cookies daily.

Maintain appearance of lobby and ensure there are fresh flowers.

Assist departments with administrative services to include ordering supplies.

Codes accounts payable invoices, logs and distributes for authorization.

Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail to the community.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in office skills, and with computer software.
