What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute recognition initiatives to enhance community engagement and loyalty
Conduct research and data analysis to inform engagement strategies and program development
Manage end-to-end vendor partnerships, including contract negotiations and campaign development
Lead the merchandising program, aligning objectives with various stakeholder needs
Streamline operations through process improvement and automation technologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and managing cross-functional programs
Strong communication and organizational skills for articulating ideas to senior management
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
Proficient in using data to inform business decisions and create reports
Experience in facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and basic analytics
Background in program planning, risk analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Experience in community engagement or partnership management
Knowledge of process automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
