Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times. Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality. Promptly and effectively addressing guest concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner. Posting guest charges, collecting payments and following cash handling procedures as required by Concord. Handling guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism. Being knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers). Communicating effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns. Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance. Maintaining knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures. Benefits
