Job Title: Customer Support Representative Location: South Jordan, UT Pay Rate: $21.99/hour Remote Start (First 4–5 Weeks): Begin your journey with us from the comfort of your home! All training sessions and classes will be conducted remotely In-Office Experience (Post-Training): After training, your role will transition to a full 5-day in‑office schedule, allowing for hands‑on learning, team collaboration, and stronger workplace connections. Hybrid Flexibility (After 6 Months): Upon completing six months of service, transition to a hybrid work model with 3 days in‑office and 2 days remote, giving you the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration. Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls. Assist clients with Cash Management products, online/mobile access, and general inquiries. Deliver top‑tier customer service while meeting performance metrics. Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
Customer service or call center experience. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable with digital tools and multiple systems. Benefits
