Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs. Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff. Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance for client-specific or mission-critical challenges/issues. Consult with client to define need or problem. Supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. Maintain/update the local workload tracker and ensure documents, templates, and samples are posted in a centralized location. Perform administrative support program functions and day-to-day administrative support tasks, including responding to urgent and short-notice requests. Edit documents (grammatical corrections and formatting) as part of administrative review. Maintain/update a designated workload tracker and prepare recurring and special reports. Research, assemble and summarize analytical, administrative, and clerical support duties. Prepare reviews, research, drafting of proposed responses, and generation of copies to support FOIA requests, protest actions or other claims against the agency. Draft briefing charts, talking papers, and background papers for meetings with internal/external customers. Organize inputs for front-office taskers and update staff meeting slides with status updates. Prepare correspondence related to acquisition package submission dates and ensure timely procurement; distribute letters to the appropriate customers and contracting leads. Assist with preparation and delivery of recurring and special documents, including letters of intent to exercise options and change letters. Facilitate team training and meetings, coordinate attendance, schedule spaces, prepare materials, perform quality checks, and maintain attendee lists. Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
