Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr Part-time: 15-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Competitive pay $15-$20/hr with bonus potential. We are looking for individuals who are goal oriented, self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for health and wellness and a customer-service mindset. The Joint Chiropractic provides world-class service to patients, and we invite you to join our caring team to turn an interest in health and wellness into a rewarding career. This role supports 3 clinics, primarily Brentwood and Washington, and involves administrative responsibilities, sales support, and patient interaction. Essential Responsibilities

Providing excellent services to members and patients Gaining memberships to meet sales goals Greeting members and patients, checking them in to see the Chiropractor Answering phone calls Re-engaging inactive members Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions Supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organized workspace Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following policies and direction Willingness to learn and grow Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner Office management or marketing experience is a plus Able to stand and/or sit for long periods Able to lift up to 50 pounds Upholding The Joint Chiropractic's core values: TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY Qualifications / What we are looking for in YOU

Driven to climb the company ladder Possess a winning attitude Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure patient accounts are current and accurate Strong phone and computer skills At least one year of previous sales experience Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to attract new patients Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Educate patients on wellness offerings and services Share personal chiropractic experiences and stories Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with members and patients Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner About The Joint Chiropractic
