You’re energetic, enjoy outdoors work, and are equipped with the necessary skills. You have at least seven years of combined experience, a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of field experience, or an Associate degree with 5 years of experience. Extensive utility vegetation management experience is preferred. Responsibilities

Identify dead and dying trees affected by environmental conditions. Inspect overhead power lines for vegetation clearance. Perform Quality Control assessments on pre-inspection and tree-trimming work. Document information for client vegetation management programs. Assess trees for hazard potential. Audit contractor work for compliance. Assist in storm and emergency projects. Communicate daily with clients, contractors, landowners, and the public. Promote good public relations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in forestry, Environmental Science, or related field preferred. ISA Certified Arborist designation preferred; some projects may require certification or TRAQ. ISA Utility Specialist certification preferred. Experience in forestry, arboriculture, or horticulture is a plus. Tree identification skills and map reading ability required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail skills. Ability to work alone outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Ability to operate a 4x4 vehicle on rough roads. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements to work outdoors, including walking, standing, operating vehicles, and handling equipment in various weather, terrain, and environmental conditions. Safety

Commitment to personal and team safety, with active participation in safety protocols and hazard reporting. Pre-Qualifications
