Shift: 40-hour work week; Monday through Friday and Saturdays on rotation. Work Location: East Meadow – Hybrid. Benefits

Deliver service consistently with the Credit Union’s Service Promises. Strive for one call resolution and follow best practices. Recommend products that meet members’ financial needs within lending and credit guidelines. Register leads into the Synapsys CRM for next-step follow-up. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member inquiries across channels (Lending, Auditing, OSS, Accounting, Real Estate). Cross-sell appropriate products based on member needs; build multi-product relationships. Participate in monthly contests to achieve product goals and growth targets (e.g., new checking accounts). Maintain product knowledge through annual certification. Identify member needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. Process share and consumer loan applications via core processing software; ensure timely handling. Stay current on changes in policies, regulations, and technology affecting services. Provide technical assistance for internet-related products (Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Bill Pay, e-statements). Communicate with members via email, e-chat, and mobile channels; manage account inquiries and maintenance requests. Support training and development through coaching and performance feedback. Notify management of system issues promptly. Participate in training to enhance expertise; comply with Verafin guidelines for fraud monitoring; maintain knowledge of Credit Union Policies and Procedures. Ensure BSA/AML compliance and annual training awareness. Contact Center

Facilitate account opening inquiries and new accounts for existing members via telephone, with proper disclosures per regulatory guidelines. Manage inbound and outbound calls; monitor ASA and abandonment rates against goals. Present needs-based solutions, control call flow, and confirm transactions; document next steps in the CRM. Other Duties

Knowledge of Lending and Home Equities preferred. Flexible schedule; may be assigned to other branches/departments; remote-work may be required. Capture and scan loan documents; participate in meetings, promotions, and community events. Perform other duties as assigned. Pay offered will be based on education, experience, and other factors.
