Legal Intake Specialist / Client Intake Strategist – Personal Injury Law Firm
Join a fast‑growing, high‑impact personal injury law firm that’s changing lives — one client at a time. We’re seeking a full‑time Personal Injury Client Intake Strategist to be the first voice our clients hear and a key part of how we determine which cases to accept.

This is a salaried exempt position that requires the regular exercise of independent judgment in evaluating case viability and deciding whether to sign potential clients. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of intake decisions while working within a supportive, collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Engage potential clients with professionalism, empathy, and trust‑building from the very first interaction
Conduct thorough intake calls with potential personal injury clients
Evaluate the facts of each case and exercise discretion and independent judgment when deciding whether to sign clients, with the option to consult management as needed
Maintain accurate data entry and complete follow‑up tasks promptly in our case management system ( CASEpeer )
Communicate clearly and compassionately across all platforms — phone, text, chat, and email
Collaborate with attorneys and management on complex or high‑priority leads
Transition newly signed clients to the appropriate case team and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Perform other duties and take on evolving responsibilities as needed to support legal operations and advance firm objectives
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Cumulative GPA from your bachelor’s degree must be included
Prior experience in
legal intake, client onboarding, or customer acquisition
strongly preferred
Experience in
sales, call centers, or client relationship management
helpful — especially with a proven record of converting leads into clients
Background in
personal injury law, insurance claims, or case management
is a plus
Strong
communication, fact‑finding, and case assessment skills , with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive client information with empathy and professionalism
Highly organized
and able to manage multiple leads, follow‑ups, and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable in a
fast‑paced, phone‑heavy environment
and proficient with modern digital tools ( CRM, case management, or intake software
experience preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
candidates encouraged to apply — Spanish proficiency is
preferred but not required
Genuine
interest in law or legal careers

Pay:
$71,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
