Showroom Concierge & Admin Assistant
position.
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide clients through the showroom, and support the Inside Sales team with administrative duties.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients with a warm, welcoming demeanor from the moment they step through our doors.
Manage the showroom sign‑in sheet as clients arrive.
Escort visitors and clients through the showroom tour, explaining internal teams and the unique client support Sol‑Up offers.
Order, track, and distribute gift cards to guests/clients.
Maintain and set up the showroom environment, including client refreshments, seating areas, and cleanliness.
Assist with managing scheduling, record‑keeping, and other administrative duties for the Inside Sales Manager and team.
Follow up with customers post‑purchase and explain next steps of the purchase process.
Partner with other employees on department project committees.
Apply organizational and prioritization skills to maintain and/or improve internal processes for maximum efficiency in the Inside Sales department.
Use designated applications such as DocuSign, Dropbox, Excel, PowerPoint, Sunbase, OpenSolar, and Pisa.
Represent Sol‑Up and our brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion.
Observe all laws, regulations, and obligations in all business conduct.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Lift or carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted.
Access all areas of the office with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to sit, walk, stand, stretch, bend, and kneel for prolonged periods.
Proficiency in computer use, including typing and mouse operation.
Good visual acuity for reading documents and screens.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as data entry and filing.
Work indoors and tolerate varying environmental factors such as noise and dust.
Job Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
Proficient in MacOS and Google Workspace apps; ability to learn quickly.
Experience with Podium, MailChimp, Sunbase, OpenSolar, and Pisa is preferred.
Preferred: familiarity with DocuSign and contract formatting.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Independently works with some guidance within established procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive relationships.
Reliable attendance and transportation to the office.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation $20 – $24 per hour, based on experience and abilities with discretionary bonus opportunities.
Schedule Full‑time, 8 am – 4:30 pm, at least 40 hours per week; Tuesday – Saturday in the office with occasional weekend work as needed.
