Executive Administrative Assistant
to join a long-term team in the
Houston, Texas
area!
Primary Responsibilities
Providing cross-functional support to Engineering team Leaders, spanning across global locations.
Managing extensive calendars and strategically coordinating time-sensitive matters for multiple leaders.
Arranging domestic and international business travel.
Completing expense reports and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Maintaining distribution lists and organizational charts.
Coordinating large group meetings and ensuring visitor access.
Onboarding new hires and setting up office space.
Ordering materials and supplies.
Maintain and regularly update the Department SharePoint page with the latest information and resources.
Prepare and meticulously proofread presentations, correspondence, global emails, and other critical documents.
Handling mail, faxes, shipping, and other department requirements.
Serving as a member of the Purchasing Office Professional (POPs) team.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher (preferred).
5+ years of related experience in an administrative role supporting executives.
Organized self-starter with good judgment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Comfortable presenting information to large groups of people.
Experience with the creation and manipulation of large spreadsheets.
Ability to work independently and produce quality results with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet deadlines.
