Manage real estate and probate files from intake to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, and probate pleadings. Conduct legal research on real estate and probate laws and procedures, ensuring compliance with Florida law. Coordinate real estate transactions, including managing due diligence, reviewing titles and surveys, and preparing closing documents. Assist in trust and estate administration, including gathering and organizing asset and liability information. Handle e-filing and document recording processes with Florida courts. Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in Florida real estate and probate law. Paralegal certification and/or a Bachelor's degree are preferred. Strong knowledge of Florida probate law and procedure.
