Responsibilities

Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails Build High-Value Referral Relationships Educate and convert leads through Downsize Allies' exclusive programs Guide clients and their families through the sale of their home to receive top value with minimal stress Create customized downsizing solutions through our financing services, contracting services, and moving coordination Convert leads into real estate transactions Conduct consultations, home evaluations, and replacement home options to best serve clients Hit realistic but aggressive revenue and transaction goals

Qualifications

High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Previous customer service experience is highly desired You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred Previous sales experience with a strong history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Self-motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Compensation:

$35,360 - $49,920 base plus bonus
