Position Overview We are seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all aspects of shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to our global customers. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, freight partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with export/import regulations and customer requirements.

Prepare and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).

Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange transportation and track deliveries.

Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly.

Manage logistics-related data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.

Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to plan shipments and meet delivery deadlines.

Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

Handle freight quotes, rate negotiations, and vendor communications.

Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in international shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Knowledge of import/export documentation, INCOTERMS, and customs clearance procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
