We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Analyst to join the Risk Operations team to help drive alignment, clarity, and execution across our strategic initiatives. This role blends project management responsibilities with coordination of key meetings across the organization, ensuring that project‑critical discussions are scheduled effectively and supported with the right structure. The Project Manager will play an essential role in making sure workstreams run smoothly, decisions are made with the right stakeholders in the room, and leaders can focus on outcomes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field required.
2–4 years of professional experience, ideally in project management, program coordination, or a related operational role.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools (e.g., DACI, RACI, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels of leadership.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
A growth mindset and eagerness to expand responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
Project Management and Operations (40–50%)
Partner with leaders to define project goals, establish priorities, and clarify ownership.
Create and maintain project plans, ensuring visibility into deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies.
Support projects from concept to launch, creating project plans, and tracking in Jira.
Track progress across multiple workstreams and highlight risks, gaps, or misalignments early.
Facilitate communication across teams to keep initiatives on track and ensure accountability.
Support the execution of large‑scale, cross‑functional projects by providing structure and oversight.
Project Coordination (50–60%)
Coordinate and schedule meetings related to projects or initiatives, ensuring that discussions are purposeful, timely, and include the right stakeholders.
Organize agendas, materials, and follow‑ups for project‑related meetings, enabling efficient decision‑making and alignment.
Serve as the central point of coordination for project discussions, ensuring outcomes and action items are documented and followed through.
Help prioritize meeting time around the work that matters most, aligning calendars and conversations with strategic priorities.
