Team Leader Compensation Range:
$17.15 - $18.65 Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week (7:30am/7:45am – 4:00/4:15pm, no weekends) Responsibilities: Supervise Direct Support staff within Day Habilitation Program and manage assigned caseload Complete hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of staff in collaboration with the Program Coordinator Schedule staffing coverage and ensure accurate, timely documentation Participate as an interdisciplinary team member and facilitate communication among staff Develop and implement activity schedules tailored to individual needs Assist individuals with activities in the day program and community outings Transport individuals to community-based activities Administer medications as required Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; High school diploma or GED required with one year of experience Valid NYS driver’s license meeting agency guidelines Supervisory experience strongly preferred Disclaimer:
