Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working the assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash disposal, and general neatness Other duties as assigned Skills And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform duties requiring frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Perks And Benefits
