Maintenance Lead Night Shift ($33.83 - $36.63 per hour)
Join Arconic as a Maintenance Lead for our night shift in Cranberry Township, PA. The role runs Monday‑Friday from 10 pm to 6 am.
Compensation: $33.83–$36.63 per hour based on experience, plus one‑shift differential and a $1,000 retention bonus.
Responsibilities Safety
Ensure the safety of self, team members, and anyone impacted by maintenance activities.
Support and comply with health & safety regulations, quality and environmental standards, and all company policies.
Leadership
Run an efficient maintenance operation and provide feedback to management.
Document breakdowns, identify root cause, and implement remedial actions.
Control and organize the team’s daily work schedule and monitor task completion.
Technical
Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, environmental, chemical, and PLC control systems.
Diagnose breakdowns and perform timely repairs to maximize equipment availability.
Read technical drawings and utilize PLC program logic for troubleshooting.
Manage maintenance projects performed by the team or contractors.
Skills and Attributes
Continuous training and development, confident and optimistic, with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Clear verbal and written communication and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Hands‑on approach to problem solving.
Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship.
Industrial Maintenance Technical degree and/or 10 years’ industrial maintenance experience, aluminum extrusion experience a plus.
Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical machinery, electrical power and controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and chemical pumping systems.
