Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members through following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. We’ll also count on you to properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders. Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications; plan for production needs and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; operate and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld devices to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools. Be an Owner: drive area performance; manage inventory, stocking, date control, waste reduction; assist customers per policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: model high quality service and products; maintain energy, commitment, and passion. Complies with company policies and ethics; follows Open Door Policy. Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers and customers; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement.
