Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
Supervise ABA programs and staff
Support and train caregivers & RBTs
Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
Strong clinical and decision-making skills
Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: $55–$105/hr
Start Part-Time: Transition to full-time after 90 days
Work Options: In-person or hybrid roles
Structured 6-Month Training & Onboarding: Paid training program (13 hours across 6 months) to help you grow, connect, and thrive as part of our team
