Position Overview The Operations Analyst works within the Verra Command Center (VCC) – a 24/7 remote technical support and oversight team that ensures roadside monitoring and enforcement sites remain operational across the United States and Canada. The analyst supports orchestration tasks such as intake, record keeping, data management, device validation, and trend analysis to enable smooth operation of roadside, server, and remote facilities.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all account documentation.
Communicate effectively with advisors to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Design and implement technology solutions for tracking and reporting to increase efficiency.
Coordinate with VCC Operations teams, including Managers, Supervisors, and technicians for remote technical support verifications, downtime reporting, and equipment tracking.
Maintain VCC documentation and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist with inventory, asset tracking, invoicing, parts tracking, and related records.
Retrieve records such as certifications and device logs for legal and public records requests.
Work in a fast‑paced operational environment, independently and with minimal supervision.
Manage multiple tasks on time, including ticket administration and communications.
Learn in an on‑the‑job training environment and participate in daily stand‑ups and backlog sessions.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Identify opportunities to improve service offerings.
Adhere to customer‑specific procedures, SLAs, and team KPIs.
Show willingness to learn new technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, statistics, or related field, or 3+ years of operations, remote troubleshooting, or analytical experience.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI Pro, Visio, Outlook.
Preferred Lean Six Sigma certification.
Preferred Agile Scrum certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Scrum Fundamentals).
Knowledge of analysis techniques, reporting strategies, and data management.
Experience with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Visual Basic, or Python.
