Overview Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are hiring a Project Manager III to support our Facilities/Aviation/Transportation Sector. The Senior Project Manager manages the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders with the goal of planning and executing future construction/modernization work.
Responsibilities
Assists in the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders.
May provide direction and input on projects from the design development stage through construction.
Ensures designers and contractors are meeting CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements.
Assists in facilitating coordination with other LAWA divisions and regulatory agencies (Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA, etc.) as appropriate.
Coordinates messaging plan, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, PE, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional licensure and/or certifications.
10 years or more of experience, preferably on airport projects.
Experience with projects more than $50 million in value.
Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred.
Salary Range $165,000 to $195,000 per year
