Business Development About the Organization Were a pioneering Layer 1 blockchain project focused on redefining performance and scalability in decentralized ecosystems. By reimagining core execution environments, our platform empowers applications to achieve the speed of traditional web infrastructure while preserving the decentralization and sovereignty of Web3. Role Overview Were seeking dynamic individuals to help expand our ecosystem and drive strategic growth. If youre passionate about Web3, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at turning relationships into tangible outcomes, wed love to connect. This is a general application for business development and ecosystem roles, reviewed on a rolling basis. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate founders, emerging ventures, and strategic partnerships Manage and prioritize a pipeline of ecosystem projects Negotiate deal terms and partnership agreements Stay current on industry trends to inform lead generation and outreach Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in Web3 technologies and communities Background in venture capital with a focus on blockchain or crypto Prior experience in BD roles at leading Layer 1 or Layer 2 protocols Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with guerrilla sales tactics and Web3-native culture Ability to work autonomously and communicate ideas clearly Active presence and networking ability across Web3 channels (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
