Job Summary We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at DELLA Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and serving as a liaison between customers and our service department. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the Auto industry.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs
Communicate with technicians and update customers on the status of their vehicles
Review and explain service recommendations and cost estimates to customers
Provide accurate quotes and obtain customer authorization for repairs or services
Monitor and manage repair orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of customer service and handle any customer concerns or complaints
Keep track of service department inventory and order necessary parts
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Continuously improve knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Automotive Technology preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the Auto industry
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of automotive systems and technology
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
