Associate
Estimating and Pricing Specialist
to join our Boeing Aerospace Operations (BAO) team in
Hazelwood, MO . This role involves working with both government and commercial contracts, domestic and international, supporting substantial business acquisitions. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, capable of managing assignments proactively, and excels in cross‑functional coordination and communication.
Position Responsibilities
Assists in the development and preparation of basic estimates, prices and forecasts
Assists in evaluation of requests for proposal, substantiates estimates/pricing and assembling price proposals
Assists in performing analyses in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
Assists in developing and maintaining pricing methods and models
Assists with data entry
Assists in maintenance of rates and factors used for estimates, pricing and proposals
Helps with compliance activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor's Degree or higher (in marketing, economics, mathematics, operations research, statistics, business, finance, accounting, contracts, estimating and pricing, business operations, procurement, financial analysis, or a related discipline)
1+ years of experience in a business‑related function (Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience in Government Cost Estimating
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines and prioritizing tasks

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $66,300 - $89,700.
