Construction Recruitment Specialist - North Carolina & South Carolina
Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
Base Salary:
$100,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)
Compensation Package Includes:
Full healthcare coverage, competitive bonus structure, $700 a month truck allowance
I'm partnered with a well-respected general contractor in Upstate South Carolina who has established long-standing relationships with all four major healthcare providers in the region. With a reputation for quality and pride in their work, this team has recently been awarded a $130M hospital and medical office building project in Greenville, SC and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee subcontractor performance, scheduling, budgets, and quality control.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and field staff to maintain strong relationships and successful outcomes.
Use Procore to manage project documentation, communication, and progress tracking.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
7 – 15 years' experience in project management within healthcare construction.
A long-term mindset – someone who wants to grow with the company for the next decade and beyond, not join just to work on a particular project.
