The Ecomm Purchase Journey Senior Product Manager facilitates a key Ecommerce function and is responsible for the reliability and ease of our purchase funnel and payment experience. They serve as a subject matter expert for the purchase workstream, from platform integrations to localized behavior and end-to-end customer and team member experiences. This role uses a range of program and product management skills, applying agile methodologies to manage the sprint team’s activities and deliver the prioritized roadmap to measurable results. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with restaurant operations, marketing, engineering, and design to define and ship products while mitigating risks and ensuring successful releases. This role reports to the Ecomm Purchase Journey Group Product Manager. This role supports Taco Bell’s digitization transition and helps transform the Quick Service Restaurant industry by shepherding a highly strategic platform for the business. The Day-to-Day

Support product discovery within the purchase flow using data and customer understanding to identify problems and define new capabilities for the product backlog. Manage and refine the prioritized backlog and drive cross-functional prioritizations based on strategic impact and value, balancing immediate needs with long-term opportunities and constraints. Deliver measured improvements to revenue and customer satisfaction through strategic objectives, vision creation, and day-to-day product delivery. Work with solution architects and development teams to understand technology enablers or constraints; finalize product requirements with business, customer, and technical goals and constraints. Organize and lead discovery, ideation, rapid prototyping, end-to-end solutioning, communication planning, execution, and reporting. Engage and manage stakeholders; build cross-functional partnerships to align projects with evolving technology, journeys, and standards for architecture, security, and portfolio methodologies. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience At least 8 years of experience building and executing a strategic roadmap of capabilities and related initiatives Proficiency with Visio, JIRA/Confluence, and agile methodologies/scrum ceremonies is preferred Ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations using structured methods (customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process design, A/B testing) Proven ability to lead a combination of direct and virtual team members and manage vendors/partnerships Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and leading product team meetings Work-Hard, Play-Hard
