Beaumont, CA – Full-time Maintenance Technician role in a food manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement. Pay Range: $40-$45 per hour Shift: Rotating Hours: 6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, 2pm-11pm, 10pm-6am Benefits Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Plans Earn up to 2 weeks paid time off during first year 401k with Company Match Responsibilities and qualifications reflect a focus on maintenance and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems and production machinery to ensure continuous, efficient plant operations. Execute major equipment repairs, fabrication, construction, and installation projects, including welding to food-safe standards and precise mechanical assembly. Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues through detailed inspection, use of precision measuring tools, and interpretation of mechanical schematics. Fabricate and maintain critical plant components such as guards, doors, steps, shafts, sprockets, and mounting brackets using lathes, metal sheers, benders, and welding equipment. Provide training and guidance to production teams on maintenance best practices to reduce downtime and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols. Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree in specialized maintenance trade preferred. 5+ years of related experience. Operating knowledge of machine shop related equipment, CNC programming and welding experience preferred. Advanced mechanical knowledge, electrical and basic to advanced building skills.
