Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial real estate clients, projects, and partnership opportunities.
Develop and execute market-specific business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to proposal and deal close.
Collaborate with internal teams (leasing, construction, property management, marketing) to deliver tailored client solutions.
Relationship & Community Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, developers, brokers, civic leaders, and community organizations.
Represent the company at local business events, chamber of commerce meetings, and industry networking functions.
Serve as the company’s ambassador in the regional market to promote brand reputation and partnership opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regional economic developments.
Provide leadership with regular reports on pipeline, opportunities, and market insights.
Recommend strategic initiatives to enhance market share and drive regional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate, business development, or B2B sales.
Strong network within the regional business or commercial real estate community.
Proven success in generating new business and managing long‑term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self‑starter with high energy, integrity, and a results‑driven mindset.
