You will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of one of our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products with sound professional judgment and timely service. You will prepare business tax returns and provide related advice while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Maintain sensitive customer, confidential, and/or proprietary business information in a responsible and safe manner.

Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.

Interact with customers and team members in a professional manner while adhering to and promoting Intuit’s operating values, including integrity without compromise.

Use virtual video communication software to interact with customers responsibly and reliably, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Prepare, review, and file complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations.

Communicate with customers to answer product and software inquiries.

What You Need

Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, evidenced by 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season using commercial tax preparation software.

Active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney.

Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.

Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Bookkeeping experience with books‑to‑tax preparation is strongly preferred.

Experience preparing business tax returns for service‑industry customers is strongly preferred.

Active PTIN and any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Working knowledge of Circular 230.

Proficient with technology; solid computer operations and software knowledge.

Strong customer service skills – ability to interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Must have internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.

Compensation Base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area, California: $40.10 – $46.20

Southern California: $40.10 – $46.20

Colorado: $38.20 – $43.90

Hawaii: $40.10 – $46.20

Illinois: $38.20 – $43.90

Maryland: $38.20 – $43.90

Massachusetts: $40.10 – $46.20

Minnesota: $34.40 – $39.56

New Jersey: $40.10 – $46.20

New York: $40.10 – $46.20

Ohio: $34.40 – $39.56

Vermont: $38.20 – $43.90

Washington: $40.10 – $46.20

Washington, DC: $38.20 – $43.90
