About Us Code Ninjas is the world’s largest and fastest‑growing kids coding franchise, with centers across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We provide a fun, safe learning environment where children ages 5‑14 learn to code by building video games, gaining confidence, and developing STEM skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the center and employees.
Follow up with leads, schedule tours, and enroll new students.
Work with our software to maintain communication with clients.
Collaborate with parents to define children’s learning needs.
Partner with schools and local organizations to plan events and provide information about our services.
Engage with children and families in the center.
Ensure parents understand their child’s progress.
Maintain a fun and safe learning environment for all students.
Uphold corporate standards for center cleanliness and operational procedures.
Open and close the center as needed.
Learn from and communicate with owners and senior staff.
Qualifications
Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, with enthusiasm for working with kids.
Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, and office equipment.
Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and deadline‑management skills.
Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
Passion for STEM education.
