Use social media tools (Facebook, YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram) to attract new clients and increase brand awareness. Contact current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunities. Reply and follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and walk-in customers. Learn product knowledge on current model line and become a certified product representative. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. Build strong rapport with customers. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Maintain customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS:
Social media and brand awareness experience is preferred. Enthusiastic with a great work ethic. Outgoing with a friendly personality. Must have a clean and valid driver’s license. Must be willing to submit to a background check prior to employment. About The Dealership
