Job Overview The Logistics Planner will support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands under a five-year contract. The role involves planning and coordinating deployment, sustainment, and redeployment support for Marine Corps forces within the CENTCOM area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
Provide logistics planning services to MARCENT G-4.
Support Marine Corps units and organizations within CENTCOM.
Manage program tracking and read-ins of the Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM).
Support planning for Special Access Programs (SAP), SCI Plans, and other strategic plans.
Coordinate logistics support with various military commands.
Develop and recommend logistics policies and sustainment concepts.
Participate in crisis and operational planning teams.
Assist in training development and execution.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess a current US Passport and be able to travel overseas.
Meet certification requirements for COMSEC briefing and Local Element management.
Complete an in-scope, favorable ST5 investigation for SCI eligibility without conditions or waivers.
Possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Ten years of military experience with expertise in logistics planning at strategic and operational levels.
Work Location & Travel Based at MARCENT, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida, with travel to various countries in the CENTCOM AOR, including Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and others. Ability to support travel on short notice is required.
