Overview
We seek an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote global support team. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of Customer Support experience, at least 1 year of experience with a registrar or related domain business, and have a demonstrated interest in blockchain technologies. Startup experience is also a plus. In this role, you’ll help users get the most from their domains by assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting, resolving domain transfer questions, wallet integrations, and all other ad hoc questions as assigned. Responsibilities
Deliver timely, empathetic support across multiple channels Assist customers with Domain Registration, DNS Settings, Transfer, and Resolution issues Guide users in setting up and managing their Blockchain Domains and Digital Wallets Write professional end-user documentation Collaborate cross-functionally to improve Support Tools, Documentation, and Processes Handle Domain Abuse Cases Stay current on the developments and changes happening within the Domain space Assist with partner domain launches, partner domain protections, and distributions Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proven ability to troubleshoot domain lifecycle issues (DNS, WHOIS, ICANN policies) Strong technical aptitude and curiosity about Web3/Blockchain Comfortable using support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk Flexible schedule for occasional weekend or on-call coverage Nice to Have
Experience supporting Blockchain Products, Crypto Wallets, or dApps 1+ year of experience in a Domain registrar, hosting provider, or similar role Familiarity with Decentralized Domains Video editing/Animation skills Benefits
