to join our team in
Albuquerque, NM . As a Service Center Technician III, you will provide professional service center/call center support to DOI/IA users, logging all incidents in the ticketing system, and resolving IT issues to minimize escalation. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone and ticketing system. Assist with incident determination and resolution for Microsoft Windows, hardware, and software issues. Proactively reduce ticket escalations by adapting to new trends and support requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED 5+ years of relevant experience Background check clearance Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Benefits and Growth Opportunities
