Job Description Infosys is seeking an
ETL Automation Test Lead
with Java and Selenium experience. In this role, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategy and design, and leading test execution to ensure superior outcomes. You will also design optimal test environments to simulate real‑time scenarios, collaborating with talented teammates to deliver innovative, defect‑free solutions that meet client business needs. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
At least 4+ years of information technology experience.
Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome (Infosys does not provide sponsorship for this role).
Experience with agile project models.
Preferred Experience
4+ years of test strategy and test design experience.
4+ years of ETL, big data, and BI reports testing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL query writing.
Experience with Databricks, AWS, Azure cloud environments.
4+ years of Python experience, proficient in Python automation framework development and maintenance.
API testing (REST/SOAP) experience and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Performance, stress, and endurance testing experience, including bottleneck identification and tuning.
4+ years of test execution, analysis, and reporting.
Strong expertise in SQL and data transformation validation.
Experience designing and developing scripts with specialized testing tools.
Creation and execution of test cases for complex modules, with focus on key modules.
Test analysis reporting and defect prevention planning.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
