Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closing of industrial service projects. This role requires a highly organized, skilled, and proactive professional who can lead cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industrial services sector, a deep understanding of project management principles, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Job Duties
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges proactively.
Lead and motivate project teams, including field personnel and sub‑contractors.
Monitor project progress, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with the project plan.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial mobilization to final completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
Effectively communicate project details, changes, and potential issues to all stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all project activities are performed in strict adherence to company safety policies and industry regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings.
Ensure all necessary permits, certifications, and documentation are in place.
Coordinate with internal departments to secure necessary resources, equipment, and materials.
Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
Facilitate project closeout activities, including final reporting, documentation, and client sign‑off.
Conduct post‑project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future project delivery.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

7+ years’ of experience in industrial services or a similar industry.
3+ years’ of experience managing projects and/or teams.
OSHA 30‑Hour and Hazwoper 40‑Hour certifications.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing at times.
Must frequently lift or move items up to 60 pounds.
Must be able to frequently climb stairs and ladders.
May occasionally deal with heights.
Ability to wear personal equipment, including respiratory protection.
Consists of both office setting and physical jobsite.
Able to work in confined spaces when needed.
