This role will play a crucial role in supporting internal coordination and client-facing execution. This position is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in administration, HR, recruiting, or education who excel in structured environments and prioritize a people-first approach to project delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage project timelines, meetings, and deliverables across departments
Track progress using project management tools and provide timely updates
Support documentation workflows, including proposals, onboarding, and compliance records
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment
Assist with recruitment and onboarding for project-based roles
Maintain organized records and manage version control across shared files
Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
Support internal communications and training initiatives
Qualifications
Experience in administration, operations, and HR
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, TaxDome, or ClickUp
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bonus: Experience in education or training coordination
