Job Title Project Manager/Estimator
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Estimator to lead our estimating and project management efforts for minor site development projects. This role will involve overseeing excavation packages, site utilities, grading, and concrete flatwork while collaborating with leadership to refine organizational processes. You will manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships, provide mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to strategic planning and business development in our new vertical.
Responsibilities Estimate and manage projects related to site development. Oversee excavation, site utilities, grading, and concrete flatwork. Collaborate with leadership to enhance organizational processes. Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships. Mentor and guide junior team members. Contribute to strategic planning and business development in new verticals.
Essential Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating and/or project management. Strong understanding of construction processes and organizational workflows. Experience with site development, utilities, grading, and flatwork. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid). Ability to assist with business development or client relationship management. Background in value engineering or cost‑saving strategies. OSHA certification or other relevant safety training. Experience managing subcontractors and vendor negotiations.
Work Environment The role involves both office and on‑site work, providing an opportunity to be part of a fast‑scaling company that invests in new opportunities. You will work with a motivated and youthful team that values innovation and initiative. The position offers competitive compensation with bonus and profit‑sharing potential. Additionally, a company vehicle or allowance is provided, depending on your needs.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr.
