Description We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Electrical Motor Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting customers with their electric motor needs, including sales, service, and repair. Your collaborative approach and technical knowledge will help ensure our customers receive exceptional support and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries related to electric motors, including sales, service, and repair needs
Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support
Coordinate with shop personnel to facilitate motor repairs and service requests
Provide technical guidance and product information to customers to help them make informed decisions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales within the electrical or motor industry preferred
Strong knowledge of electric motors, their applications, and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with multiple departments
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus
Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 DOQ

Requirements
3-5 yrs. industry experience/knowledge of Electric Motors (foreign and domestic motors and parts)
Proficient with Microsoft office and internet tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive "Can Do" attitude is a must
Must be an independent self starter, as well as a team player
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
