As an Operations Manager for sunday, your ultimate goal will be to help deliver a best-in-class experience to restaurateurs. You will manage the onboarding process, create business accounts, provide tailor-made QR codes, train restaurant teams, and support ongoing account management to maximize adoption and success across many restaurants. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager, and work with teams in multiple cities. This role may involve travel and visiting restaurants. Key Responsibilities
Launch new restaurants by guiding them through onboarding in a timely manner and training staff on site Increase sunday adoption by ideating and executing creative strategies to drive usage by restaurants and diners Provide best-in-class restaurant retention through high-quality customer service, strategic account management, and relationship building Identify operational issues and opportunities through data analysis; propose and help implement improvements globally Collaborate on continuous process improvement with your teams About You
Based in Los Angeles 2-5 years experience in customer success, account management, or operational roles at startups, food industry, hospitality, or professional services Strong problem-solving skills to identify and create solutions for restaurant partners Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets, trackers, CRMs, and evolving datasets Owner mindset with growth orientation Passion to scale a startup and the ability to roll up your sleeves Project management skills: structured, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with all stakeholders Compensation, Perks & Benefits
