Safely operate or supervise autonomous vehicles, intervening when required and conducting pre- and post-shift inspections.
Execute structured and exploratory test cases across urban and closed-course environments, accurately logging and tagging data.
Extract, verify, and upload test logs using Linux/CLI tools; flash new builds and validate fixes.

Mentor junior operators on safety procedures, test protocols, and data collection best practices.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
Proven experience in autonomous-vehicle testing, automotive QA, or related technical testing roles.
Basic proficiency with the Linux command line (ssh, grep, log extraction, flashing).
Strong written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
Ability to work flexible shifts and in varied weather conditions.
High attention to detail, accountability, and adherence to safety standards.
Bonus Qualifications
