Manage and develop employees. Assist Branch Manager with all new sales and renewals. Assist with financial performance, develop budgets, forecast results, create marketing plans and strategic growth plans. Maintain a safe working environment. Effectively communicate and interact with all departments. Plan and schedule field and support operations to meet contractual specifications and exceed client expectations. Maintain branch retention while improving client engagement. Qualifications
Basic understanding of P&Ls. Basic irrigation knowledge. Extensive experience at previous levels (Account Manager and Senior Account Manager). Effective time management skills. Extensive property maintenance experience. Passion for client service. Superb communication skills. Leadership skills, motivator, problem solver, accessible, know your employees and customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred
Communicate in both English and Spanish. Degree in Horticulture or a related major. Extensive experience with a professional landscape management or related firm. Knowledge of regional climate horticultural practices. Benefits
