This position oversees two properties: Residence Inn Deptford and Fairfield Inn Deptford. Responsibilities:
Leading the preventative maintenance program by assisting and evaluating direct reports; overseeing the life safety program, inspections, capital improvements, bid processes, and hands-on repairs. Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience; ability to perform on-site repairs; knowledge of defects and proper repair techniques; strong organizational skills to meet budget and inventory PAR levels; experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting. Seniority level:
