Senior Technician, Maintenance (Electrical) - Belvidere, NJ
Onsite 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Fill out and review Permit Clips (work permits) with operation personnel before starting a job.
Ensure lockout‑tagout procedures are followed.
Locate equipment problems and discuss potential causes.
Recommend practical solutions for technical problems.
Diagnose and repair VFDs, PLCs, motors, protective devices, breakers, fuses, overloads, relays, conduit & cable, transmitter calibration controllers, switches and metrology.
Troubleshoot, assess, inspect, adjust, and make repairs to facility flow, pressure, temperature, and level instrumentation.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including routine calibration, thermography, and ultrasonic testing.
Other duties assigned by leadership.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 years maintenance‑related experience.
Availability to work weekends, overtime (including coverage and standby), and holidays as required; able to cross‑train in primary craft.
Knowledge and skill to diagnose problems and repair VFDs, PLCs, 480V 3‑phase motors, protective devices, breakers, fuses, overloads, relays, conduit & cable, transmitter calibration controllers, switches, MCC buckets and metrology.
Hourly wage: $23.41 – $33.37. In addition to base salary, we offer a total rewards package that includes annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and other benefits (subject to eligibility).
