About The Team Capital One Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is seeking a Manager, Product Management for Fuse, our internal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. With Fuse, we seek to modernize risk management and make our tools easier, more intuitive, and more accessible to associates across the company who need to manage risk as they deliver valuable products and services to our customers.

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has or is in the process of obtaining one of the following, with the expectation that the required degree will be obtained by the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800
Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
