Provide corporate and transactional support to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and corporate governance. Advise both emerging and middle-market companies on a wide range of corporate matters. Collaborate with teams across the national practice and participate in mentoring, community engagement and professional development initiatives. Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, and advising both emerging and middle-market companies on a wide range of corporate matters. Experience with private equity transactions is a plus. Strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills. An active license in Arizona is required. Benefits
