Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
Role As a Shift Lead, you will have the opportunity to embrace a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
Gaining valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
Getting hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
Developing a diverse range of skills to grow yourself and others.

Some high school education
Operational experience preferred
Food Safety certification (local requirements apply)
Work Environment Employees should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., work in hot and noisy environments, and communicate effectively. The workspace is fast-paced and requires adaptability and conflict management skills.
